ONLINE ORDERING & CURB-SIDE PICK-UP

 

In an effort to ensure your safety and that of our staff, we are offering this service. We request that this service be used by the elderly, immune-compromised and those at higher risk regarding the covid-19 pandemic because it is costly for us to manage and we are not charging any fees. Your health and safety is our number one concern.

HOW IT WORKS

  • You may place your order online in the form below at any time.
  • 15 Item Limit for all curb-side orders
  • No Fees for this service will be charged during the current pandemic crisis
  • No Coupons accepted
  • Credit Card Payments only accepted.
  • Once order is finalized after the phone call and payment no refunds, returns or modifications will be allowed. Cancelled orders will incur $25 charge  


PLACING ORDERS

  • Step 1: Contact Information
    Enter your contact information. We will use this information to contact you to review your order, organize pick-up, and collect payment prior to pick-up.
  • Step 2: Product Description
    Enter product name, description, and size (if applicable). Please be as detailed as possible 12 Digit UPC #’s on the back of items still in your home are great. Example: “Muir Glen organic diced tomatoes in 14.5oz can” OR “a dozen organic eggs”
  • Step 3: Item Quantity
    Enter the quantity you would like. If you’re ordering bulk, produce or meat sold by weight, please enter approximate quantity in terms of pounds/ounces. Example: “ 1 bunch” OR “2 pounds.”
  • Step 4: Notes
    Enter any supporting notes or special instructions here. Example: “If out of Almond Milk, please substitute with Oat Milk”
  • Step 5: Submit Order
    After entering all items you would like to order, scroll to the bottom of this page and click “Submit Order”. After you click “submit order” the screen will go blank so don’t panic. If you scroll to the top of the page you will see a confirmation saying “thank you for your order".
  • Step 6: Order Review & Payment
    A Pilgrim’s employee will call you to review your order, discuss substitutions/adjustments if necessary, and collect payment. Your order will be ready for pick up after this call. Please keep this process short as staffing resources are limited so phone calls need to be quick and efficient.
  • Step 7: Curbside Pick Up
    ONLY AFTER you have received the call, you can drive to the store for pick up anytime during regular hours. 9am to 7:30pm 7 days a week. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE STORE UNTIL YOU ARE CALLED. When you’ve arrived at the store for pickup, call (208) 676-9730. A Pilgrims employee will bring your order out to your car. If you have ordered alcohol, please be prepared to show ID.
